Burning Bridges
What an awful feeling. The feeling that so much destruction has been done that a bridge once set in place can no longer be walked across. And why does a fear of burning bridges cause us to set fire to some before we have even walked upon them? Maybe it's a fear that whoever is on the other side will set fire first and you will fall. Maybe the unsettling feeling of a burnt bridge is really a fear of falling. <3
Pray for Port Au Prince
Take some time to pray for the people of Haiti. This could happen to any of us at any time. Not only are the people of Haiti under devastation but many Americans were in Haiti traveling when the quake hit. Pray for families of vicitms and more rescues.
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." John 16:33

The Greatest Deception of our time
"Being tricked into believing that Death is our ultimate destination is the greatest deception of our time. If we can be decieved into believing that death is what we are destined for, then we can "live it up" while we are here. However, if "living it up" is smoking, drinking, and loving without meaning, then we really arent living it up but slowly killing ourselves. There is an enemy that is out to destroy. If he can convince us that this is all we have then it is much easier to decieve people into destroying themselves. Life is what we are destined for and our time here is preparation for an eternity. Life is short. That is not where it ends." Love.
